The School Education Department (SED) of Punjab is moving forward with a massive recruitment drive to hire 5,000 Educators on a need-basis. This project aims to address acute teacher shortages in schools across the province and ensure quality education for all students.

📝 Testing & Selection Mechanism

To ensure transparency and merit, SED has initiated the process of hiring a well-reputed Testing Agency/Firm to facilitate examination services at the district level. Candidates will be required to appear for a formal test conducted by this agency before the final submission of applications.

🚩 Key Eligibility Requirements

• ✔️ Academic Background: Applicants must have at least 16 years of education in relevant subjects.
• ✔️ Entry Test: Mandatory appearance in the screening test conducted by the appointed agency.
• ✔️ Merit-Based: The selection will follow Quality and Cost Base Selection Methods (QCBS) and PPRA rules.

🏢 Notice for Testing Agencies

Interested firms may obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) containing Terms of Reference (TOR) from the office of the Additional Secretary (B&P/General) at the Civil Secretariat, Lahore. Documents are also available for download from www.ppra.org.pk or the SED portal.
